Strategic Visioneering & Programme Design

Co-Creating Outcome- and Impact-Oriented Change Pathways
Jidi accompanies partners through structured strategic reflection and programme design processes that translate ambition into coherent, measurable change pathways. Rather than drafting strategies on behalf of partners, we facilitate collaborative visioneering dialogues, systems analysis, and results pathway development that strengthen shared ownership and strategic clarity.
We support the articulation of effect chains, outcome hierarchies, sector approaches, and integrated portfolios aligned with institutional mandates and donor frameworks. Our approach integrates behavioural insight and systems thinking to ensure strategies are grounded in realistic assumptions and supported by robust monitoring and learning architectures.
Through guided design processes, technical backstopping, and iterative refinement, we strengthen internal capacity for strategic planning; enabling partners to lead, adapt, and sustain programme direction over time
