About Jidi SMS
It’s a platform that enables Clients (NGOs, CSOs, Business Groups, etc) to easily reach their target groups with information and easily make follow-ups with their beneficiaries through SMS.

How it works
- Sends and receives messages.
- Monitors the number of messages received and sent.
- Analyzes the content received for feedback and reporting.
- It uses normal phone numbers (no short codes i.e 15xxx) and costs normal SMS charge rate for respective subscribers.
- No auto-response to allow increased interaction with target groups only.
- Only registered target groups can send/receive SMS.
- Gives our clients access to 2 Admins, who are able to monitor the progress, send messages, extract messages and add contacts.
