Our Services

Jidi areas of services are primarily in Health (MNYCAH, NTD, NCD, Risk Communication), Education, Agriculture and Food Security, Democracy and Governance (focuses on Social Accountability), Economic Growth, WASH, Climate Change and Youth Development. 

Our services are in line with the United Nations Global Goals, African Union Agenda 2063, SADC Vision 2050, EAC Vision 2050 and Tanzania’s National Development Vision and Plans. 

In line with supporting our clients in these areas, we focus on thematic areas that aim at strengthening monitoring systems and structures through our BehaveBridge (a web-based SMS platform), capacity enhancement, evaluation, research and documentation, facilitation and learning and strategy development. 

Strengthening Monitoring Systems and Structure

Support a process of reflection on and learning from the monitoring systems to CSOs (including national-based network in Tanzania). The process aims at enhancing levels of participation of stakeholders, tools, and methods for generating outcome-level evidence (intended & unintended), and documentation of the change. Key outputs in the process are the monitoring framework, tools for data collection and facilitation plan that guide participatory monitoring processes.

Facilitation and Learning

We rely on proven moderation techniques, which are an integral part of our overall portfolio, to provide structured, targeted communication and visualization for individuals or groups in learning, planning, and organizational processes. We provide support for workshops, meetings, training events, evaluations, and consultancy processes by structuring, planning, and implementing the procedure. We design and ease change processes, formulate concrete objectives and concerns, develop new thought processes and creative solutions, facilitate synergies between stakeholders and target groups, and create transparency on common issues and concerns.

Capacity Enhancement

We aim to promote learning and empower people in a sustainable way. Before starting activities, we invariably carry out needs assessments with our clients and participants. Based on a specific client’s needs and the organizational context, we develop tailor-made training plans including all relevant learning materials and guidelines as well as offering training for trainers if requested.

Evaluation, Research, and Documentation

Our experienced team of experts evaluate, conduct operational research and document projects and programs for you. Our work provides information that is credible and useful, enabling our client to incorporate lessons learned into the decision-making process. We plan our work in a participatory process, which allows the findings, conclusions, and recommendations to be of greatest common benefit. Our experience shows that the involvement of staff, representatives of target groups, as well as partners and clients lead to better acceptance and ownership.

Strategy Planning

We have successfully accompanied a variety of strategic planning processes in governmental and non-governmental organizations. This rich experience provides us with vast applicable knowledge of goal-oriented and systemic planning methods, as well as instruments that allow for customized results.
