As part of the ongoing effort to create a stronger global and transnational enabling environment for national civil society advocacy and transparency efforts while addressing the learning crisis through system strengthening in Tanzania. 

The Education Out Loud (EOL) Project, led by Policy Forum and supported by its partners, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) for Mbeya Region, Community Active in Development Association (CADA) for Geita Region, and Lindi Association of NGO (LANGO) for Lindi Region, has made significant progress in mobilizing and building capacity for Rural Youth Collectives (RYCs) and Non-Traditional Actors (NTAs). 

Policy Forum engaged Jamii Integrated Development Initiative Company Limited (Jidi) to facilitate the mobilization and capacity building of the RYC, who are steering advocacy initiatives in the three districts.
